Clairvox ("Clairvox," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to clairvox.ai and to the communications services we help you set up as an independent partner of Nextiva.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact details — your name, business name, business website, email address, and phone number when you request an audit, request a custom demo, or contact us.
- Communications — messages, call details, and information you share when you interact with us by phone, text, email, or web form.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as your device type and pages viewed, collected through standard web technologies to operate and improve our site.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your requests, schedule and conduct your free audit or demo, set you up on and support your Nextiva services, send you service-related communications, and improve our website and services. We only use your information for the purposes described in this policy or that you would reasonably expect.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you text (SMS) messages related to your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, account and service updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data: Mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS/text-messaging opt-in and consent, will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate our business — for example, our communications platform (Nextiva) and our customer-relationship and scheduling tools (such as HubSpot). These providers process information only to provide services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
As noted above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
